Emergencies

In the event of an emergency dial 403.220.5333 for Campus Security or dial 911 for fire, police, or ambulance. Report hazards and concerns to your direct supervisor and/or report to the appropriate department for correction.

Report building-related emergencies (water leaks, broken glass, and power outages) to Facilities Management online via ARCHIBUS, email myfacilities@ucalgary.ca or chat with URex, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Facility Issues

Notice a building or grounds-related issue on campus? Help get it fixed by submitting a Facilities service request for maintenance or caretaking. Customer care staff are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For biological, chemical, or radiation hazards, contact Environment, Health and Safety at 403.220.6345 during business hours or Campus Security at 403.220.5333 after hours or in the event of an emergency.
