ULead: The Academy
ULead: The Academy is our cohort-based leadership development program for academic leaders who want to strengthen their skills while building a supportive peer community.
Throughout the sessions participants explore evidence-based leadership approaches, deliberately practice skills in your real-world context, and develop lasting collegial connections.
This program is open to all academic leaders currently in an academic leadership appointment. Participants must be able to attend all sessions, so please review the schedule before applying.
