Are you aware of outstanding sustainability work at Ô°ÇøÒùÂÒ? Nominate a student, faculty member or staff member for the 10th annual  Nominations are open until midnight Feb. 21, and self-nominations are accepted.

Seven unique award categories are available to showcase and honour how students, faculty and staff are contributing to the goals of our Institutional Sustainability Strategy and furthering Ô°ÇøÒùÂÒ’s commitment to sustainability excellence.

The award categories are:

• Undergraduate Student Leadership in Sustainability Award (individual or group)
• Graduate Student Leadership in Sustainability Award (individual or group)
• Student Club Leadership in Sustainability Award (group)
• Staff Leadership in Sustainability Award (individual or group) 
• Faculty Leadership in Sustainability Education and Research Award (individual or group)
• Campus as a Learning Laboratory Project Award (group)
• Community as a Learning Partner Project Award (group) 

Nominees’ projects or initiatives are evaluated on the basis of three criteria: impact, creativity and collaboration. 

The awards are presented by President Elizabeth Cannon at the annual Sustainability Awards celebration event on March 21, 2018.
